Please number the parcels and insert the documents required above in parcel no. 1.

The amount includes: parcel pick-up from the client’s residence, at any address in Romania; preparation of all paperwork required by the customs in Romania; shipment by air and handling costs; airport fee (any customs duties or costs are not included); delivery to the World Line Cargo warehouse in Montreal, Canada. For other cities, the delivery will be done through Canada Post and billed according to its fees in effect.
To the sum of the transport in the table add 160 euros, which represents: the customs declaration of export, representation in customs Romania, handling in customs Romania.
The parcel must weigh no more than 25 kg; for parcels larger than 25 kg, a handling €30-surcharge fee will be charged.
You can also send lighter but larger parcels; their volumetric weight can be higher than their net weight. The shipping cost will be calculated in accordance with the space the parcel/parcels take. . Volumetric weight is calculated with the following formula: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000 = volumetric weight (kg).
The sender is responsible of ensuring that parcels are properly packaged.
Pursuant to the Canadian customs regulations, all shipments are subject to a customs check upon arrival in Montreal. There are two ways of performing customs formalities:
a) The receiver comes in person before the customs authorities (WE RECOMMEND THIS). We offer FREE assistance and advice during the process.
b) You can mandate our company to represent you at the customs (fee: CA $50).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: : When parcels arrive at their destination, you HAVE TO show the documents required by the Canadian customs authorities within 24 hours. Otherwise, a storage fee will be charged. Please contact us in advance to clarify the necessary procedures and determine the documents you will be required to show for customs clearance of the goods.
